Director of Asset Management (full-time) to work at EAH Corporate in San Rafael, CA. Qualified candidates will have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related field 6–8 years as an Asset Manager or Project Manager in affordable housing Experience reporting to and working with agencies such as HUD, TCAC, CHFA, HOME, USRDA, HCD, RHCP, and investors 5+ years of management/supervisory experience Knowledge of YARDI, CHAM, AMS, COS and/or LIHTC certification desired Driver’s license, DMV clearance and access to reliable vehicle with own auto insurance Salary range: $125,000 to $220,000 per year; hiring range typically $125,000 to $172,500 for new employees, DOE Company overview

Directly responsible for ensuring long-term financial health of properties in the portfolio meets EAH, owner, and lender requirements. Involved in all financial aspects from pre-development through operations, repositioning, and limited partner buy-outs. Ensures property and financial criteria are met and collaborates with REM and Facilities on capital needs, capital improvements, and reserve use. Participates in strategic planning and policy development of EAH property assets. Works with REM on annual budgets and communicates clearly with investors and lenders. Responsibilities

Develop and implement Asset Management department goals to ensure long-term financial health of properties meets EAH, owner and lender requirements. Work with senior management on EAH’s long-range financials and strategic plans. Create accurate pro-forma financials and long-term plans for new properties with REM and RED. Oversee capital accounts and losses; support limited partner buyouts; coordinate tax exemptions with counties/state agencies; ensure General Partners perform annual duties. Review annual operating budgets and 15-year budgets with REM; track quarterly and annual reporting to agencies; review quarterly P&L with REM and stakeholders. Ensure properties move into operations meet pro forma performance; review regulatory and loan document compliance; evaluate marketability and rental rates for proposed developments. Develop cross-departmental teams to track cash flow and capital needs; refine reporting and data collection; implement Asset Management system with REM, RED, Business Systems, and Finance. Coordinate greening/solar projects; work with REM and Facilities on capital assessments and energy efficiency options. Review quarterly property financial statements for reports to executives; provide enhanced review of Watch List properties. Oversee Asset Management policy and procedures training; participate in agency/investor trainings and mandatory meetings; engage in Injury and Illness Prevention Program; ensure regular attendance. Supervisory responsibilities

Supervise Asset Management and Property Tax Exemption staff; orient new employees; train staff on emergency procedures and safety Approve timesheets and time-off; set schedules; provide performance feedback and coaching; conduct regular team meetings Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related field; 6–8 years as Asset Manager/Project Manager in affordable housing; experience reporting to HUD, TCAC, CHFA, HOME, USRDA, HCD, RHCP and investors; 5+ years management/supervisory experience. Other requirements
