Head of Corporate Finance/IM/ERM Portfolio Join to apply for the Head of Corporate Finance/IM/ERM Portfolio role at TieTalent. Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to manage long-term programs to implement target state operating models and other strategy changes across the finance, investments and risk organizations. This multi-year initiative will optimize and transform the people, process, and technology-related execution of these capabilities and significantly transform the company’s financial processes. This role reports to the Head of the Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO). The CFPMO oversees projects across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, defining and owning project management standards and improving visibility, prioritization, collaboration, and execution. Location: Boston, MA or Springfield, MA • Employment type: Full-Time Proposed start is immediate with a multi-year program horizon and significant resources and budgets. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Planning and prioritization: Define, own and facilitate the project prioritization process across IM, CFO and ERM; consider capacity and benefits Lead work with Executive and Program Sponsors to establish timelines, milestones and resource needs Stakeholder Management: Understand stakeholder needs within the Program Governance Structure; manage concerns and feedback promptly Provide framework for collaboration, drive discussions and ensure consistent delivery of the program Act as a trusted strategic advisor to align target operating model with enterprise goals Process Integration: Evaluate and build the program across functions; manage cross-functional team and potentially third-party resources Ensure execution strategy aligns with business strategies, policies and expected outcomes Analyze tradeoffs in roadmap decisions Change Management: Develop and deliver change management strategies including communication and training; support through changes in scope or timeline Program Governance: Define success metrics, provide visibility via status reporting and capacity monitoring; manage risks and dependencies Team Leadership: Design, build and lead a diverse program management team; provide direction, motivation and development opportunities Model an agile mindset through change and ambiguity and foster continuous improvement Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 7+ years of experience in project management Proven success delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope Strong understanding of project management methodologies Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira and visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI) Ideal Qualifications
10+ years of program and project management experience 7+ years of experience leading and managing people/teams 5+ years of experience in Investment Management, Corporate Finance and/or Enterprise Risk Robust knowledge of Investment Management, Corporate Finance and/or Enterprise Risk Management domains and interdependencies Experience in financial services PMP or equivalent certification Agile/Waterfall project management experience Knowledge of communications, reporting, prioritization, capacity and resource planning, forecasting, financial planning, and performance measurement What to Expect as Part of MassMutual and the Team
