Salary ranges are provided as the base hiring range and may vary with skills and experience. Salary range: Min $132,879.69; Mid $172,743.60; Max $212,607.51. Summary

The Admin Director of Supply Chain Services strategically plans, directs, and develops all supply chain services to meet operational and fiscal objectives related to supplies, services, equipment, inventory, logistics, mail/distribution, new technology assessment, and other support management functions. Serves as an organizational resource for strategic contracting opportunities, value analysis, and procurement compliance. Communicates opportunities, initiatives, progress, and spend management to key stakeholders; maintains regular contact with physician and nursing leadership to review value analysis opportunities and progress toward goals. Provides direction and support of the procurement process including internal communication to stakeholders regarding procurement strategies. Accountable for human resources management, financial management, and quality management for department and programs within area of responsibility to support the organization\u2019s mission, vision and objectives. Responsibilities

Fiscal Management Competency: accountability for financial results through annual budgeting and operational planning; manage performance to plan; contain costs and improve efficiency; understand basics of healthcare financial management; set department budget targets and ensure compliance; identify growth opportunities and methods to enhance revenues; manage to a volume-adjusted budget. Customer Service Competency: commit to excellent service for patients, physicians, employees, and customers; strong communication skills (written, oral, listening, influencing); build credibility and rapport; promote a respectful work environment and patient/client-centered care; collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in policy, program development, and service delivery. Operational Management / Quality: plan, organize, coordinate, prioritize, and follow through to achieve goals; use judgment and data to solve problems; balance consensus with decisiveness; encourage innovation and implement improvements; monitor and improve service quality; establish and maintain performance standards. System Thinking Competency: align departmental goals with organizational goals; collaborate with stakeholders to achieve objectives; manage timing, politics, and change; balance department needs with hospital needs. Human Resources Management Competency: develop others, forecast staffing needs, hire and coach staff, and maintain open communications; partner with HR to plan for future workforce needs and create an empowering, collaborative environment; ensure staff have necessary skills and resources to meet department objectives. Community Competency: leverage system capabilities to increase value for external and internal customers; promote community involvement and partnerships; maintain ongoing professional education related to the role.
