Overview
Revenue Accounting Supervisor at Atlantic Group – Boston, MA. Hybrid schedule. Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000/year. Location: Boston, MA. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid). Responsibilities
Revenue Operations Oversight: Supervise the revenue and accounts receivable team, ensuring invoicing, cash application, and revenue recognition across all practice areas. Compliance & Issue Resolution: Ensure US GAAP and ASC 606 compliance, proactively identify and resolve billing and revenue recognition issues, and recommend process improvements. Financial Close & Reporting: Prepare journal entries and revenue-related reports for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, and provide analysis for senior management. Collaboration: Act as primary point of contact for external auditors and internal project teams to resolve revenue-related inquiries and support operational needs. Leadership & Development: Drive team engagement through coaching and mentoring, monitor productivity, and oversee training and professional development initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 5+ years of revenue accounting and accounts receivable experience in large corporate environments, with deep knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP compliance. Proficiency with Workday or other enterprise accounting systems, with strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities. Strong leadership and change management skills with excellent organization, communication, and analytical abilities to drive performance improvements. Application Notice
