Lead Strategic Finance projects for clients—assessing and benchmarking financial processes, people and technology; provide strategic advisory and improvement recommendations; lead process design and improvement efforts; manage finance workstreams and teams across full life cycle systems implementations. Solve complex finance and business challenges—architect overall process design using proven business process management techniques and leading practices. Lead process design and implementation within engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated business and software solutions within time and budget constraints. Demonstrate leadership in transforming client business processes leveraging digital and cloud technologies while navigating change management issues to implement cutting-edge solutions. Interact with key stakeholders and business owners to map ERP Finance and EPM Cloud applications aligned with leading business processes and conduct gap/impact analysis. Collaborate with solution/functional teams to deliver successful client solutions. Lead and manage finance projects and teams throughout the full systems life cycle; may serve as Project Manager on projects. Scope, plan and help position Finance Transformation Consulting projects; support pre-sales activities as necessary. Deliver client success as a reference for Accenture services, speak at public forums, and refer Inspirage to other prospective clients. Foster a continuous improvement culture, develop IP, and contribute as an active thought leader. Travel may be required; the amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. What You Need

Minimum of 7 years of working knowledge and expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Applications. Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing one or more of the following: Oracle Cloud Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, or Oracle Profit and Cost Management (PCM). Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing one of the following: Financial Consolidation and Close, or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Minimum of 5 years of finance and consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm. Successfully completed 1 full life cycle EPM Cloud implementation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, equivalent minimum 6 years work experience. Bonus Points

You have a Finance or Accounting degree. You have a solid understanding of Finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, operating models, and process best practices. You have significant engagement management experience and people development. You have experience leading a project and a project team of at least 5 resources. You have knowledge in Controllership processes including GAAP/IFRS, accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, and reporting. You have an MBA and/or CPA license. Compensation varies by factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. A reasonable salary range is provided for certain locations.
