This Spring/Summer Co-op role will support the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team. In this role, you will work with the EPS Contracts team in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support the Contract Administrators in Project Management Teams, in a cross-function work environment, coordinating with the customer product teams while adhering to and complying with Standard Work processes. Immersion:
Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session running January-August (including the Spring semester; students are expected to take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). What You Will Do
Maintaining and organizing Contracts Artifacts Compiling Audit documentation requests Interpreting & Managing contract documents Ensuring adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements Preparing and participating in the review of terms and conditions of customer agreements What You Will Learn
How to work as an active team member of the L5 Value Stream Leaders (VSL) for their associated Programs How to control proprietary information How to identify and interpret applicable Contract language How to manage Accounts Receivable How to disseminate (flowdown) Customer contractual requirements within the organization Qualifications You Must Have
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and the student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function and responsibilities, candidate work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, FSA, parental leave, PTO, holidays, and more, with specifics dependent on business unit and collective-bargaining status.
