This Spring/Summer Co-op role will support the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team. In this role, you will work with the EPS Contracts team in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support the Contract Administrators in Project Management Teams, in a cross-function work environment, coordinating with the customer product teams while adhering to and complying with Standard Work processes. Immersion:

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session running January-August (including the Spring semester; students are expected to take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity). What You Will Do

Maintaining and organizing Contracts Artifacts Compiling Audit documentation requests Interpreting & Managing contract documents Ensuring adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements Preparing and participating in the review of terms and conditions of customer agreements What You Will Learn

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function and responsibilities, candidate work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, FSA, parental leave, PTO, holidays, and more, with specifics dependent on business unit and collective-bargaining status. Eligible incentives depend on position level and bargaining status. Payments are not guaranteed and depend on performance and company results. This role is a U.S.-based role.
