Overview

Senior Solutions Architect, AGI Autonomy role at Amazon. GenAI specialist Solutions Architect to join our Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Customer Enablement team, working with engineering and science teams alongside internal and external Generative AI customers to build the applications of the future. If you are interested in learning new technologies, working directly with customers, and are data-driven, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

Be the voice of the customer, owning collaboration with Amazon businesses to develop GenAI and agentic solutions that deliver immediate business value and advance customer experience.

Help customers understand best practices and develop new patterns as you encounter new problem spaces.

Provide insights to product, science, and engineering on how customers build with our products and how we can improve.

Invent on behalf of customers and advocate for their needs throughout design, build, and launch of next-gen models and agents.

Communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company and externally.

Measure business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer inputs.

Build deep relationships with internal and external customers, engineering, product, and science leaders.

Design, build, and migrate applications, software, and services with Amazon GenAI solutions.

Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, workshops, demos, and proofs of concept.

Capture and share best-practice knowledge across internal Amazon builders and the AWS solutions architect community.

About The Team The Customer Enablement team bridges customers and development efforts to drive adoption of Nova Act and inform Autonomy feature prioritization across the Autonomy org.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).

3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.

10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.

Experience working with end user or developer communities.

Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year to $239,000/year, depending on location and experience.
