Manages the full project lifecycle from startup to closure on assigned IT initiatives in accordance with the Project Management Methodology established by the firm’s PMO including processes, templates and best practices. Works with sponsor/stakeholder to define scope, requirements, outcomes, timeline and budget so they are correctly understood and properly documented prior to project startup. Develops detailed project plans utilizing PMO templates, processes and methodologies to manage scope, time, resources, budget, key deliverables and success criteria. Coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of project tasks and activities. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration between legal teams, IT staff and external partners. Monitors project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques throughout the life of the project to ensure value-based outcomes. Proactively identifies and manages risks, issues and change requests, including coordinating risk assessment activities related to IT projects. Evaluates alternative designs and associated costs. Documents and obtains approval from Project Sponsor for all changes in project design and parameters. Ensures compliance with legal industry standards, data security and privacy regulations, including adherence to and support of the firm’s ISMS and ISO 27001 information security policies, procedures, and controls. During the project life, monitors contracts including review and approval of payment requests and change orders; maintains regular communications with service providers and/or vendors involved in project. Plans and oversees the preparation and dissemination of project communications to team members, IT staff and vendors regarding status of specific milestones. Prepares and presents regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders. In conjunction with the project team, ensures proper assembly of operations and maintenance documentation. Manages the transfer of the care, custody and control of the finished product to the Service and Support Team at project end for ongoing support and maintenance. Demonstrates leadership to proactively and effectively accomplish project tasks, lead teams, facilitate conversations to identify and resolve issues/problems, and successfully achieve project scope and goals on time and in budget. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

3-5 progressive years in Information Technology projects. Law firm experience preferred. Holder or in process of obtaining certification in Project Management as set forth by the Project Management Institute preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience leading complex project teams to achieve results. Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques (i.e., waterfall, agile, hybrid). Experience with legal technology platforms, systems and projects (i.e., NetDocuments, billing, AI, hardware refresh). Knowledge of ISO 27001 policies and procedures. Goal-oriented and action-driven, with strong skills in project planning, organization, communication, team motivation, delegation, and maintaining a pragmatic, self-disciplined approach. Ability to pivot project priorities and direction based on firm’s initiatives and strategic goals. Knowledge of the Legal Information Technology applications, processes, software and equipment. Ability to learn, create and promote new work processes. Skilled in analyzing project details to define and establish an appropriate project scope with expertise in the technical planning of information technology projects. Ability to take proactive or corrective action as necessary and within established guidelines. Proficient in planning and drafting clear, effective written communications. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups to build consensus and effectively serve a broad and varied client base. Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges vary by location as described below and are subject to change. The anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is: Boston, MA : $89,000 to $132,000; Chicago, IL: $89,000 to $132,000; Los Angeles, CA: $89,000 to $132,000; New York, NY: $98,000 to $145,750; Rochester, NY: $81,000 to $120,450; San Francisco, CA: $98,000 to $145,750; Washington, DC: $89,000 to $132,000. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on performance, location, experience and qualifications. Administrative details
