Here at Leidos, we care deeply about the growth and development of our people. We are seeking a Chief Architect, to support the team. The GEOAxIS system provides , Credential and Access Management for all web applications. GEOAxIS enables online, on-demand, access to NGA GEOINT content based on user’s authoritative attributes/roles. Our Mission is to maintain highly available ICAM services for protecting those critical mission applications across all security domains. The GxNext contract was awarded to Leidos in 2021 and runs until 2031. Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and processes that support IC agency missions and operations. Maintain weekly communication with government leads to understand requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals, and support needs. Identify and define future capability and interoperability needs by working with multiple stakeholders. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across the enterprise. Conduct systems engineering analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and engineering efforts, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs. Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer workgroups and mission partners to align efforts and to identify, address and implement solutions to enterprise issues. Basic Qualifications
STEM Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum 10+ years of experience in system architecture. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in highly resilient, multi-operations enterprise class , credential and access management technologies, architectures, and solutions to include denied, degraded, intermittent, and low-bandwidth (DDIL) solutions. Minimum five (5) years of experience in developing ICAM RESTful and/or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) web services, or related domains plus test-based development, continuous integration, and knowledge of JAVA Services. Demonstrated three (3) years agile methodology for capability integration and design. Knowledge of Client-side user interface development and experience in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), and experience with JavaScript, Ozone Widget Framework, and Microsoft SharePoint 2016 or higher, or related technologies. All candidates must be US to be considered for the position,. Work location is in-office, Chantilly VA for a minimum of 4 days per week up to 10% work locations in Reston and/or Springfield, VA Qualifications
