Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). Provide comprehensive desktop and technical support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and assisting with IT systems and applications. Manage Help Desk tickets, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and user satisfaction. Perform regular software updates, patches, and license monitoring; maintain patch management for Windows and macOS. Monitor and respond to end-user security incidents, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant. Maintain IT equipment in offices and conference rooms, creating and updating technical documentation as needed. Deliver training and gather feedback from users to improve performance and overall IT experience. Skills & Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Windows (7–11), macOS, Microsoft Server OS, with additional experience in Linux. Skilled in Python, PowerShell scripting, and Active Directory administration. Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, servers, firewalls, security, and Microsoft technologies. Experienced with Office 2021 and Office 365 environments. Adept at troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex hardware and software issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced settings. Quick learner with a proactive, flexible, and self-starting approach. Audio/Video Support Microsoft or AWS Certification A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience. Microsoft Certification is a plus. What We Offer
