Job Title JOB TITLE:
Teldesk Aide
Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will support the Information Technology Telecommunications Help Desk in the Information Technology Center. This position assists the Manager of IT Billing & Telecom Help Desk in a team environment by answering and responding to Teldesk phone and email requests, creating service orders in the billing and ticketing system, contacting departments for service order authorizations, billing reconciliations, and general office duties.
Competencies
High attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot and/or solve problems independently
Critical thinking skills
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with data entry
Experience with Customer Service
