Overview
The Sr. Account Director, Enterprise – Customer Growth (AE – Customer Growth) is responsible for account expansion within Coupa’s existing customer base. They are tasked with maintaining executive sponsorship, understanding business needs, and developing end-to-end account plans and strategies. They work closely with the Customer Value Manager (CVM) and other customer-facing teams to identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities within their assigned accounts. Responsibilities
Maintain executive sponsorship within assigned accounts. Understand business needs and develop end-to-end account plans and strategies. Identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the CVM and other teams. Compensation
The estimated pay range for this role is a base range of $165,000 - 175,000 plus eligibility for commission, with an estimated pay mix of 50/50. Starting salary is based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. Qualifications & Experience
