Job Number: R0225691 Opportunity Cryptographic Modernization Analyst. When cybersecurity is on the line, a proactive plan is needed to support the Department of Defense with strategic policy and communications technology expertise to analyze the policies that determine cyber resilience. As a Cryptographic Modernization Analyst on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of the DoD’s current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risk. You’ll evaluate how policies align with regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap and help ensure secure operations in an evolving IT environment. You Have Experience with communication technology or communication security Experience with COMSEC Knowledge of cryptography Knowledge of key management Ability to communicate with senior executives and senior military officers clearly and concisely via verbal, written, and visual formats, including presentations and dashboards TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Engineering and 12+ years of experience with information technology, or 16+ years of experience with information technology in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have Experience with cryptography as pertaining to key management Knowledge of post quantum cryptography Ability to manage actions and taskers through a standardized government system CISSP or related Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
