We welcome outstanding candidates in all related technical fields, such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing. The related applications include image/video generation, image/video editing, image/video understanding, large language models, and multimodal foundation models. What You'll Do
Conduct pioneering research and development in Generative AI, LLMs, LMMs, and reinforcement learning Develop and deploy novel generative AI technologies to Adobe Products Research and develop novel large-scale foundation models in reasoning Collaborate with world-class researchers and ML engineers to bring research ideas to production Publish and present your work in world-class scientific venues in AI/ML fields Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields and 5+ years professional experience Research or industry experience in training Generative AI models (pre-training and/or post-training) in at least one modality: image, video, 3D, or audio Expertise in large-scale model training and optimization, including data curation, distributed training, and memory-efficient techniques Experience with post-training techniques such as fine-tuning, alignment or distillation Proficiency with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and experience scaling models on GPU/TPU clusters Excellent communication skills and a strong teammate What You\'ll Bring
Strong publication record in reinforcement learning, LLMs, and LMMs Experience on large-scale generative model training Experience on synthetic data generation Experience of working with large-scale datasets Experience of working with product teams on technology transfers Compensation and Notice
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 -- $257,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. For non-sales roles, salaries are expressed as base salary with potential annual incentives. Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
