Required skills: Requirement elicitation and documentation Feature mapping and backlog management STRONG technical understanding, preferably with a software development background Other: This individual will: Work on a strategic team developing software and solving technical problems across several domain. Participates in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide business applications. Solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures. Uses industry standard analysis techniques to uncover business requirements, such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, and workflow analysis. Documents the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates and tools. Makes recommendations regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups. Assist with production support issues. Assist with release activities. Participate in all scrum ceremonies including Refinements, Sprint Planning, and daily Stand Ups Proven Leader in the field with Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills. Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
