We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader—based either in NYC or Berlin—who wants to build an AI-first marketing strategy and team to unlock the next phase of Leapsome’s growth. You are a high-output, low-ego operator who leads with clarity, urgency, and empathy—and you thrive in fast-moving environments. Reporting directly to our Co-CEO, Jenny Podewils, you’ll build and scale an AI-first marketing organization that drives momentum, market share, and revenue impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy while staying close to execution—elevating our global presence in a dynamic and competitive space. You’ll bring sharp focus, creativity, and a deep passion for growth marketing, while enabling your team to move fast and make bold decisions powered by AI, data, and a shared sense of purpose. Responsibilities
Reimagine Marketing for the AI Era: Architect and champion AI-powered marketing strategies, tools, and automation across our tech stack—supercharging efficiency, velocity, and ROI. Design Market-Focused Campaigns: Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue success. Own Product Marketing & Messaging: Define compelling positioning, highlight differentiators, and shape narratives that resonate with HR and G&A leaders. Bridge Across Functions: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities and growth objectives. Partner for GTM Excellence: Team up with Sales to uncover new opportunities, create AI-infused messaging, and maximize account penetration. Accelerate Demand Gen: Own multi-channel campaigns and leverage data-driven, AI-enhanced automation to fuel customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Drive Brand & Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership content and public-facing initiatives to establish Leapsome as a market leader in HRTech. Scan & Shape the Market: Monitor global HRTech trends, assess competitive positioning, and evolve marketing strategy to stay ahead. Build & Lead an AI-First Team: Define and execute a hiring strategy, build a top-tier global marketing organization across digital, content, field, and partner marketing, and cultivate a high-performance, growth-minded culture. Qualifications
You bring hands-on AI fluency and have successfully embedded AI tools and agents into marketing workflows for faster decisions and improved scalability. You’ve streamlined tech stacks to drive growth and eliminate complexity. You’ve held senior marketing leadership roles in B2B SaaS—ideally in HRTech or adjacent verticals. You have a track record of scaling $30M$ to $100M+ ARR and activating SMB / Mid-Market GTM plays. You understand HR and G&A decision-making, and know how to speak to SMB buyers. You’re an expert in brand transformation—either building fledgling brands or leading rebrands to industry prominence. You excel at product messaging, competitor positioning, and bringing innovative offerings to market. You have a data-first marketing mindset, with proven success in demand generation and revenue predictability. You’ve built and inspired world-class marketing teams, fostering collaboration, experimentation, and consistent growth. Benefits

We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates.
