Overview
Territory Manager - Seattle at TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries). Position focuses on managing the current SR7 Territory ($4.7M) and the Local Route Salesmen ($2.8M), implementing local sales strategies for the Seattle repair business and managing SR7 customer relationships. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with direct and indirect accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with TERREPOWER Inside Team. Develop revenue growth plans aligned with company objectives. Manage relationships with the Seattle Pump & Valve group. Input information into the Corporate CRM tool. Balance customer order timing with plant capacity and delivery expectations. Deliver and present material to customers (internal/external) on a regular basis. Maintain and improve high levels of customer satisfaction as needed. Manage local route salesmen objectives and delivery/pickup schedules. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred). 3-5 years’ experience in account management or related sales. Proficiency in customer service, sales skills, meeting minutes, and action items. Leadership: ability to lead, motivate, and manage key strategic accounts (program management, month-end duties). Customer focus: strong customer service and relationship management. Communication: strong verbal and written communication. Analytical: ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Technical knowledge: proficiency in Excel, charts, graphs, and Microsoft Office. Up to 75% travel for trade shows, customer sites, and team meetings. Ability to work long periods on a computer and be exposed to shop floor elements. Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods.
