Lead the creation of modern, inventive, and brand-aligned designs for campaigns, events, print, merchandise, digital content, and presentations. Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and proper use of brand assets. Develop style guides and visual standards for use across digital, print, video, and event platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and creative goals, translating them into effective design solutions. Pitch creative concepts, present finished projects, and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders. Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in a creative studio, agency, or in-house design team within the entertainment or technology sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote); Figma a plus. Strong expertise in print design, including layouts, typography, and color theory. Demonstrated experience in branding, event design, presentations, merchandise, and experiential graphics. Skills
