Manufacturing Engineering Manager
to lead the Sentinel Program’s Supplier Manufacturing Engineers (SME) in Roy, Utah, supporting the development of the Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Home Room, Manufacturing Readiness Assessment (MRA) Team, and Change Request Help Desk. The role leads onsite SME resources, interfaces with Manufacturing teams, customers, and suppliers, and ensures timely execution of supplier capacity & capability assessments, MRAs, and responses to supplier changes for the Sentinel Weapons System. What You’ll Get To Do
Lead the Sentinel Program’s Supplier Manufacturing Engineers (SME) in Roy, Utah, and oversee execution of supplier capacity & capability assessments, MRAs, and change responses. Develop and coordinate accurate resource plans, assist with Integrated Master Schedules, work plans, and status tracking metrics. Provide guidance and direction for the Manufacturing Engineers who are executing the SOW requirements. Collaborate across SME & ME Teams to ensure consistency in Digital Engineering processes, tools, and methods from development to production. Develop team members for growth in scope, capability, and job satisfaction. Establish milestones, monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions. Assess team member performance against goals and maintain effective communication with customers, Northrop Grumman, suppliers, and leadership. Lead the team to perform at cost and schedule while meeting all requirements. Position Benefits

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field and a minimum 6 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Current Active DOD Secret Security Clearance with investigation date/periodic review within last 5 years At least 1 year leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule Demonstrated management experience leading a technical and complex program effort Excellent verbal and written communications skills These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have
Prior experience operating in a dynamic environment of increasing production schedules and high delivery rates Proven leadership, problem-solving, and strong work ethic with excellent communications and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Northrop Grumman Manufacturing Engineering processes and procedures Knowledge of Production Planning, CPLM, SAP, MES, SRC/I Tool, and ICBM programs experience Experience with Common Product Lifecycle Management (CPLM), SAP, MES, and SRC/I Tool Prior experience with ICBM programs Equal Opportunity
