Lead and mentor 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategy and media strategies for clients Deliver exemplary client service while developing strong working relationships and strategic communications plans Generate and edit various PR materials including press releases, pitches, and award submissions Maintain direct reports, setting goals and conducting performance reviews Engage in new business development and represent the agency at networking events Qualifications
At least 7 years of PR agency experience Proven record of high academic achievement with a good degree, particularly in English and/or Business Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management Strong understanding of media, editorial requirements, and what constitutes a compelling story Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with superior organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications
Experience in running both reactive and proactive press offices Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR campaigns A wide network of national and regional media contacts Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities Familiarity with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
