Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with 15+ years of experience. You will assume lead design and project management on complex building projects, and serve as a mentor to junior engineers. You will also play a key role in quality assurance, client coordination, and technical leadership. What you'll be doing:
Lead design and documentation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and life safety Attend and contribute to client meetings, construction site visits, and coordination sessions Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend client/site meetings Guide junior engineers and support project delivery Use REVIT and other software for design and documentation Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery Track project progress using external and internal projection tools Support department standards development and process improvement initiatives What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 15+ years of experience in electrical design PE license required Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Proficiency in REVIT or AutoCAD Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with applicable building codes and standards Experience mentoring junior staff More reasons to apply:
