Grant Thornton (US) The Microsoft Manager leads technical delivery for client digital transformation projects, advising clients and leading teams in integrating the latest Microsoft cloud and modern workplace capabilities to drive significant client value. The role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft Suite, advisory consulting focus, and partnering with Microsoft. Responsibilities include defining the go-to-market approach, services within that approach, advising the TE/TM team on how to leverage the platform for clients, providing industry-specific expertise, developing external marketing plans, and supporting sales with the platform and its tools across TE. This position is a strategic investment to grow Grant Thorntons Microsoft capabilities and advisory services. Responsibilities

The applicant MUST have a strong record of success in Consulting and/or Professional services sales/business development Success selling Financial Systems, Application Managed Services and/or technology related services to the enterprise at the $250 Million to Fortune 1000 revenue levels Well networked in the Microsoft ecosystem Lead Generation - Ability to source, identify and qualify leads Proven track record of solution based selling services at the CXO/VP level Strong knowledge and understanding of multiple industries Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desire to collaborate in a team environment Demonstrated self-motivated, strong work ethic, proactive nature Proven track record meeting and exceeding services quota Ability to use various software programs to produce proposals, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc. (MS CRM, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or related discipline Direct experience selling Microsoft related services Immediate or near-term ability to connect with regional client base Relationships with Microsoft sales and management field teams Minimum ten years senior level sales experience in a business-to-business or service industry Experience working within a multidisciplinary professional services firm, preferably public accounting Ability to develop long-standing relationships that lead to a premier positioning of Grant Thornton within a client organization Ability to conceptualize, articulate and drive successful marketing strategies and plans Experience identifying and developing business opportunities within client organizations Possesses a high degree of integrity at all times and in all interactions Communicates openly and honestly with clients and the Grant Thornton team Consistently promotes and contributes to an effective team environment Readiness to travel. Must be currently eligible to work in the United States, position is not eligible for employer sponsorship English: Fluent spoken and written communications skills Able to apply creative solutions to solve client problems Extremely analytical with strong business sense Highly organized and detail oriented Flexible, adaptable and an eager self-starter Prior consulting industry experience or prior experience in an internal consulting role Strong knowledge of MS (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to travel as needed, approximately 40% travel Consistent with the firms hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days a work either at a GT office or at a client site About Us
