Position Overview Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support accounting and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include: Managing sensitive financial data with discretion. Reviewing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and related documents for vendor payments. Assisting with payroll, journal entries, and month-end reconciliation. Maintaining and updating financial records, reports, and spreadsheets. Supporting check runs, onboarding, and other administrative duties. Contributing to logistics, operations, and customer service as needed. Handling additional tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have At least 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and accounts payable. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
