Territory Brand Ambassador job at ThirdChannel. San Francisco, CA. As a Territory Brand Ambassador for ThirdChannel, you will be the face of our clients' brands in store, driving sales and brand awareness through strategic merchandising, engaging product demonstrations, and impactful customer interactions. You will spend approximately 32 hours per week executing in-store visits, ensuring brand standards are met and creating memorable experiences for shoppers. The remaining hours (approximately 8) will be dedicated to various office tasks, such as reviewing visit reports, analyzing trends and opportunities, and communicating insights to enhance brand representation and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In-Store Visit Execution (80%): Schedule and conduct regular visits to assigned retail locations within your territory, adhering visit objectives. Execute merchandising directives, ensuring products are displayed attractively, correctly, and according to brand guidelines. Conduct product demonstrations and engage with customers to educate them on product features and benefits, driving sales and brand loyalty. Maintain accurate records of store visits, including photos, observations, and feedback, using provided technology and reporting tools. Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel to facilitate effective execution and collaboration. Brand Rep Engagement & Feedback Support (20%): Capture high-quality photographs of products and displays to support training and marketing efforts Review training materials and support updates to ensure they effectively facilitate in-store activities and enhance team performance. Communicate gathered feedback and insights to ThirdChannel management in a timely and organized manner. Identify opportunities to improve brand representation and execution based on field observations and retail staff input. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales, or brand ambassadorship. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Proficiency in using mobile technology and reporting tools. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the assigned territory. Standard schedule includes nights and weekends to meet the needs of retailers and customers. Expect to complete visits up to two weekends per month Comfortable using the full Google Suite and MS Office REPORTING STRUCTURE
