We are expanding our life sciences forecasting consulting capabilities to leverage best-in-class data and technology. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive pre-sales for life sciences forecasting solutions’ subscriptions and consulting/services opportunities. As part of the Norstella team, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue while influencing the design of our solutions and strategy. Understand Client Needs and Propose Customized Forecasting Solutions (Products and Services):

Learn clients’ nuanced indication-specific forecast needs and provide expert recommendations on optimal forecasting approaches and solutions. Propose customized forecasting models for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Industry Forecasting Expertise and Client-Management Excellence:

Maintain and enhance knowledge on forecasting models and evolving dynamics across diseases and the life sciences industry; ensure excellence and clarity in client communication; create high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses; create and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly convey insights. Strategic Leadership:

Regularly monitor key performance indicators; gain perspective on competitors and market trends, working with internal stakeholders to shift strategy and solution design; foster a collaborative cross-team culture to support pre-sales deal activity; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration, or a clinical discipline). An advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD) is strongly preferred. Industry experience in a life sciences forecasting department or consulting experience in forecasting models is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with forecasting for new product planning, product launches, inline forecasting, and scenario modeling is preferred. Deep understanding of patient-based, consensus, and real-world data (RWD) forecasts, epidemiological models and model optimization is preferred. Proven track record in a client-facing role within the life sciences industry. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for forecasting consulting and create repeatable packages. Strong communication and relationship management skills that foster trust and partnerships with clients. Collaborative team player who can manage fast-paced activities while remaining optimistic. Data-driven communicator with the ability to synthesize issues quickly and confidently. Sense of urgency and a focus on winning through continuous improvement. High ethics, honesty, and transparency in communication. Ability to learn quickly, conceptualize, and iterate behaviors. Travel: 25% Location: Remote, US East Coast Guiding Principles

Offers are not typically made at the top of the range and are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable licensure or certifications.
