Demonstrated experience interpreting schematic capture and PCB layout Hands-on experience building and debugging electro-mechanical test setups Experience with PCB rework and cable assembly, especially technically difficult rework Day to day
Conducts initial build of complex prototype electromechanical sub-assemblies such as computers, power distribution systems, sensors, embedded data acquisition systems, prototype lithium battery packs, and embedded processors for robotic systems. Independently conducts design validation testing for new electrical and computer systems. Troubleshoots and identifies root causes of electrical system failures in sub-assemblies and complete robots.
