Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up; ask questions and learn about their financial needs and channel preferences. Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services; provide a consistent optimal client experience. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Licensing and Compliance
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Includes a criminal background and credit check as part of the registration process; failure to meet or maintain any NMLS requirements may result in rescission of offer or termination of employment. Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience
Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems Proven customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs with a digital-first mindset Ability to make appropriate recommendations meeting customer needs both reactively and proactively Experience in the financial services industry preferred Disability Accommodations
