Job Title: Sr. Procurement Consultant
Job Description
As a Director of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge procurement systems, such as Levelpath-AI contracts, and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to drive value and enhance procurement functions. You will lead the adoption of technology to optimize procurement processes and mentor a high-performing team to achieve cost savings across the organization.
Responsibilities
Implement the Levelpath-AI contracts system.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive organizational value.
Lead and scale procurement operations through technology adoption and process optimization.
Manage and mentor a high-performing procurement team.
Apply deep expertise in procurement processes, category management, and supplier negotiations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize spend, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Identify sourcing opportunities and leverage market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in procurement and sourcing practices.
Align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals.
Utilize analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive procurement outcomes.
Define and execute the strategic vision for Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Category Management.
Lead the implementation of technology solutions to automate manual procurement processes.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, and Technology teams on purchase order systems.
Oversee vendor contract negotiations to ensure department consistency and success.
Foster collaborative relationships with vendors and sourcing partners.
Apply competitive sourcing strategies to revise contracts, driving cost savings.
Provide final approval and quality control for all vendor contracts and agreements.
Optimize vendor utilization and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Review and analyze supplier data, contract terms, and sourcing activities.
Maintain compliance with sourcing analytics, including performance metrics.
Manage confidential projects and M&A due diligence.
Serve as a liaison with the Vendor Risk Management team.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators and service level agreements.
Provide ongoing performance management for direct reports.
Coach and oversee junior procurement professionals. Essential Skills
Expertise in procurement, category management, and vendor management.
Strong contract negotiation and strategic sourcing skills.
Experience in project management and risk management.
Proficiency in contracts management and negotiation.
Leadership skills and experience in procurement management.

Management experience and ability to coach junior professionals. Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with four days in the office and one day at home. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Employees will enjoy the opportunity for permanent employment, excellent benefits, and a flexible holiday schedule. The role offers 45% variable compensation, with 80% paid in cash and the remainder spread over three years. Job Type & Location
