About the Role : As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting the Sales & Marketing team. This position involves hands-on involvement in event coordination, promotional activities, customer engagement, and marketing logistics. Assist in executing marketing plans, including maintaining promotional inventory and ordering branded merchandise. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product training sessions. Manage marketing materials and ensure they are well-organized for events. Handle inside and outside sales promotions, including contest prize fulfillment. Oversee the tracking and reporting of marketing funds and event-related expenses. Work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate event success. Arrange travel and coordinate event scheduling. Perform other related marketing and administrative duties as needed. What You Bring
2-3+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, or event coordination preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
