Responsible for Retail and Business Banking division recruitment with a focus on Business Development and sales/number-driven positions Act with urgency to recruit and fill positions promptly Directly initiate contact with active and passive candidates for specific searches Conduct pre-screening phone/video calls and face-to-face interviews Assess candidates’ skills and experiences and provide interview/hiring recommendations Manage review, pre-qualification, and distribution of incoming resumes from East West Bank and other sources Articulate East West Bank’s value proposition tailored to each recruitment project Provide a positive candidate experience through all interactions Learn new technologies, functions, and cultures/geographies to develop sourcing strategies and talent acquisition plans Provide related administrative support (scheduling interviews, travel, background checks, offer letters) as appropriate Work effectively in both individual and team settings Qualifications
5+ years of translatable experience (recruiting, sales, sourcing, etc.), ideally in a financial/banking setting Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with ICIMS or similar ATS a plus Strong time management and ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to assimilate new information quickly and translate into actionable recruitment strategies Experience with social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) as recruiting tools Knowledge of advanced Internet searching methodologies Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $105,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Location: Pasadena, CA
