The Marketing Department acts like a small creative agency within the company, focusing on marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and design deliverables including printed and digital materials, pitch presentations, signage, and industry events. The Atlanta office is seeking a Marketing and Design Coordinator to join the team. Position Summary The Marketing and Design Coordinator supports Trinity Partners Atlanta's marketing, business development, and company communications. This role combines project and event coordination, property and brand marketing planning, and graphic design to deliver marketing plans and materials that enhance visibility, strengthen client relationships, support service lines, and foster a collaborative, hospitality-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and creative, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination: Develop, update, and maintain property marketing materials (flyers, brochures, proposals, presentations, property websites); assist with company branding, internal communications, and external outreach campaigns; craft marketing copy; maintain a consistent brand identity; coordinate with brokers, property managers, and leadership to understand project needs, timelines, and priorities; manage marketing databases and content on company/third-party platforms; plan and support company events, sponsorships, and client engagement; track project status and ensure timely delivery of materials. Graphic Design: Create graphics and layouts for print and digital use consistent with branding; design property signage, advertisements, social media graphics, and email templates; collaborate on concepts for presentations and client deliverables; ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines; maintain digital asset library of logos, templates, photos, and brand elements. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred. 2–4 years of relevant marketing and/or design experience, ideally within commercial real estate or professional services. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with marketing automation, email platforms (Mailchimp), and/or social media management tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and a commitment to professional deliverables. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Work Environment
Role is based in the office five days a week, with flexibility for occasional remote work when circumstances require. Some local travel may be required for property site visits, photography, or client events. Must be able to work extended hours as project deadlines require. Seniority level
