Night Auditor - Holiday Inn Midland role at Suburban Inns. Location: Hemlock, MI. This range is provided by Suburban Inns. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range
$13.00/hr - $13.00/hr The Holiday Inn Midland is a fast-paced, high-energy workplace, with opportunities for advancement. The Night Auditor role involves providing strong guest service and sales techniques in line with Suburban Inns' Core Values and brand standards, and closing out the business day in the Property Management System (PMS). Responsibilities
Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner; make personal connections to ensure guests feel welcome and valued Consult with 2nd shift about the occurrences of the evening Read Quore and add comments as necessary throughout the shift Run night audit reports and follow shift checklists to ensure smooth hotel operations Assist with closing the pool when needed Investigate out-of-balance situations and make adjustments to accounts as needed Prepare Express Checkouts, if applicable Complete the Daily Operations Report (DOR) and file with the night audit packet Maintain a neat workspace at the front desk and adjacent areas Perform property walk-arounds and address safety or security issues Settle and reconcile guest accounts and paperwork; balance cash drawer and perform cash drops Set up continental breakfast buffet, if applicable Follow Suburban Inns processes and refer to the Guest Service Representative job description when needed Other duties as requested by management Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge: Ability to interpret/extract information, perform arithmetic, basic computer knowledge, and good communication skills Formal Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent related experience License, Training, and/or Certification: CPR Training (may be completed upon hire) Work Schedule
Work regularly requires or varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and weekend assignments. Schedule varies according to business needs Uniform and Appearance
Uniform: Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed shoes required Appearance: Hair must be well-groomed; facial piercings and tattoos not covered by a work uniform require management approval. Any offensive tattoos must remain covered while at work Employment type
