Overview
Rate: $85,000 - $90,000 annually (Salary exempt position) We are seeking a Marketing and Leasing Performance Manager for our leading national property management company at our new corporate office in Deep Ellum, The Epic. The Marketing and Leasing Performance Manager drives the company's leasing strategy, ensuring marketing and leasing initiatives consistently meet or exceed occupancy goals. The Marketing and Leasing Performance Manager works closely with the Director, Marketing and Leasing, Training Manager, Regional Directors, Revenue Manager, and Community Managers to ensure marketing and leasing efforts achieve budgeted occupancy. Required Qualifications
3-5 years of onsite multifamily experience Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving Advanced knowledge of multifamily marketing and leasing systems including
Marketing websites Marketing performance and reporting systems CRM systems
Knowledge of marketing and leasing metrics
Multi-Touch lead attribution Conversion ratios Agent engagement/Follow-ups
Drive leasing performance through consistent review of prospect interactions, ensuring all follow-ups align with company policy. Track and review conversion ratio from lead to lease by evaluating lead quality from different channels and the effectiveness of leasing agents closing prospects. Review mystery shopping reports and provide timely, actionable feedback to the Regional Director.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads Experience with Yardi property management software Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field Reputation and Survey Management Responsibilities
Monitor leasing and marketing performance and provide data-driven reports to Regional Directors with actionable insight. Manage marketing platform software integration with internal and external teams to ensure pricing, availability, and photography is listed correctly. Collaborate with marketing, asset, and operational teams to align marketing and leasing strategy with property positioning and objectives, operational realities, and demand. Continually research and make recommendations on new marketing platforms. Assist with creating marketing ideas and campaigns to strengthen prospect outreach and resident engagement. Regularly communicate with Regional Directors to evaluate marketing and leasing efforts. Support Regional Directors and Community Managers in the annual budget process by reviewing advertising expenditures and making recommendations. Benefits
