This role is for a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. You will attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team, and drive quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Duties

Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.

Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.

Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment.

Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.

Supervise and coach service and experience standards.

Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.

Fulfill recruitment needs, create positive candidate experiences, and retain the team.

Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.

Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.

Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

1-3+ years of leadership experience (high potential candidates with less experience encouraged to apply).

Must have or be able to obtain valid local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.

Passion for hospitality with a proven track record of creating world-class experiences.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods; frequent bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
