At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $182,820 - $242,178.20. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Responsibilities
Lead the strategic transformation of business processes across S&C through the implementation of a modern ERP system. Define and standardize business processes and ensure that technology supports these standards. Manage a global team of Business Process Managers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including executive leadership. Drive the multi-year ERP program and realize associated business benefits. Develop and own an ERP roadmap aligned with S&C’s goals and identify supporting software solutions to fill gaps. Lead the modernization of future-state global business processes across all S&C locations and act as the portfolio owner for process plans related to ERP. Design and oversee a portfolio and project management framework to support ERP initiatives, ensuring governance, milestone tracking, and resource optimization. Direct a team of 4–5 Business Process Managers responsible for different process domains (e.g., MRP, production execution, procurement). Partner with key business leaders to translate needs into system design and benefits realization. Oversee ERP project planning, execution, governance, reporting, and benefits tracking. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to integrate customer requirements into product and process design. Implement ERP metrics and drive improvements in profitability and inventory efficiency. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team and foster an inclusive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, brand guidelines, policies, and rules. What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing with experience leading transformative projects that impacted the bottom line. Proven track record in leading and managing enterprise ERP implementations across multiple functions and geographies. Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and large-scale implementation programs. Deep understanding of end-to-end business process design in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. Expertise in project management methodologies for customer-focused initiatives. Advanced business acumen with knowledge of manufacturing performance metrics and data analysis. Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within quality assurance. Excellent project leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity and changing business needs. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to influence senior leadership and drive changes in complex organizations. Sound financial acumen to manage budgetary resources effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI; advanced Excel skills. Preferred
Experience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt PMP certification Equal Opportunity
