Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to manage and execute payroll operations for our employees. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports the HR team with payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Location : Minneapolis, MN.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000/yr. (no bonus offered)

Roles & Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff
Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
Prepare payroll-related reports for management, finance, and audits
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits, tax withholdings, and other payroll-related items
Assist with year-end processes, including W-2s, 1099s, and other tax-related documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in payroll administration or HR/Finance with payroll responsibilities
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and applicable regulations
Experience with Workday, ADP, and UKG is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field is preferred
