Overview
Manager - Interview Strategy & Logistics (ISL). Capital One’s ISL team is a critical service provider for Talent Acquisition, focusing on delivering a great candidate experience, trusted interview reads for hiring managers, and engaging interviewers. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic team leader to continue building momentum and implement high-impact changes in TA. As an ISL Manager, you will lead and develop a team that delivers logistical requirements for candidate interviews, including facilitation and scheduling across the enterprise. You will leverage data and insights to drive strategy for interviewer supply and demand planning and quarterly interview scheduling, while monitoring progress, emerging needs, and risks. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence and achieving business goals, while providing best-in-class experiences to our recruiting partners, business partners, and candidates. Responsibilities
Influence across multiple cross-functional teams and client organizations, collaborating on solutions that achieve shared results Create, monitor, and analyze data that drive improvements and enhance value Serve as an Interview Strategy and Logistics Subject Matter Expert for internal and external teams and stakeholders Communicate effectively with diverse groups and collaborate with partners at various levels Deliver people-focused initiatives and strategies that maintain high levels of team and individual morale through change and development Drive efficiency and productivity through operational, people, and performance management practices Coach the team in problem resolution, develop training, and utilize networks and resources to grow talent and skills Deliver staffing and budget management practices to ensure capacity alignment and service level delivery Additional desired skills and capabilities

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent At least 3 years of People Management experience At least 3 years of Human Resources or Business experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of People Management experience 1+ year of experience in Process Management 1+ year of experience in interview scheduling management or interviewer supply management 1+ year of data analysis experience translating metrics, research, and trends into strategy Note:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Location ranges are provided for HR Specialist roles: McLean, VA: $126,700 - $144,600 Richmond, VA: $115,200 - $131,500 Candidates hired to work in other locations will be paid according to the applicable location’s range. The actual offer will be reflected in the offer letter. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
