207869 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Category Manager L1 to manage sourcing strategy to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders. Analyze category spend to initiate restructuring of vendor base to achieve cost savings goals. Evaluate current supplier base. Manage current supplier performance and risk mitigation. Analyze 'should be' costing to gain best product value. Seek continuous improvement to drive innovation for all products within assigned product categories. Responsibilities

Manage sourcing strategy to meet internal customer and stakeholder needs. Analyze category spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and initiate vendor base restructuring. Evaluate and manage current supplier base and supplier performance; implement risk mitigation. Analyze should-be costing to maximize product value. Pursue continuous improvement to drive innovation across assigned product categories. Qualifications

Required High School Diploma Preferred Bachelor’s degree 0-4 years of supply chain or business experience Experience in SAP Experience in Ariba Benefits

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 - $95,700. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
