Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local The Luke Team within CACI supports the customer’s data communications network, maintains network hardware and software, and monitors network availability. You will lead and execute network builds and deployments within mission critical environments in the Intelligence Community. The Enterprise Training Program is available to expand technical expertise. Proficiency in CISCO network solutions, software defined networks, and firewalls from AWS, CISCO, Google and Microsoft is required. The Luke program provides DevOps, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the ODNI’s enterprise. This role is for self-motivated individuals who automate to help the Government gain efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Designing, installing, testing network infrastructure, configurations, and equipment such as firewalls, routers, and switches

Perform routing network maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Installing and maintaining network cabling systems (pulling, terminating, and testing)

Identifying and resolving issues related to network infrastructure

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical users

Experience coordinating and implementing network upgrades

Experience with network monitoring, scripting, and automation

Hands-on experience managing a large-scale enterprise spanning on-premises LAN and cloud platforms (SDN)

Experience with SD-WAN, VRFs, OSPF, EIGRP, OMP, BGP, MPLS, and multicast

Circuits management (LTE, Broadband, dedicated T1 - 100Gb, Ethernet, etc.) and ability to run cable as needed

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing requirements

Occasional off-hours work for network maintenance and changes

Lead network builds

Manage on-prem L AN and VLANs

Troubleshoot outages/restore services quickly

Manage network equipment across multiple locations within the DMV

Apply network security techniques, create VLANs, configure port security, and network interfaces

Create weekly activity reports

Qualifications

Required: TS/SCI + poly

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field with 7 years of related experience; or Master’s with 5 years; or Associate’s with 8 years

CCNA or CCNP certification

Azure network knowledge (hub/spoke, VNets, SNets, NSGs, Route Tables, peering, route propagation)

Direct experience with AWS, Google, or Oracle

Azure premium firewall policies knowledge (DNAT, Network and Applications, traffic shaping, IP groups)

Designing and implementing network infrastructure, routing, and cloud integration

Proficient in provisioning and troubleshooting on complex global WANs with CISCO and Palo Alto or similar equipment

Experience with CISCO ISE and Junos Space

Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)

Experience maintaining network infrastructure and systems

Experience obtaining system authorizations and maintaining security posture

Understanding of network security and Next Generation Firewalls

Experience with perimeter security best practices

Experience troubleshooting outages and incidents

Experience managing network equipment and creating firewall rules

Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to estimate work effort efficiently

Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor

Must be on-site at core hours 0900-1500

Desired

Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience

Experience with Insider Threat programs

DevOps concepts experience

Pay Range: The final salary depends on factors including location, experience, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is $103,800 - $218,100.
