What You Will Do

Provide strategic oversight and leadership in delivering tax advisory and compliance services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations across diverse industries, ensuring regulatory alignment and client value.

Oversee complex tax research and insights, translating technical findings into actionable strategies for clients and firm leadership.

Ensure quality and compliance through high-level review of tax filings and risk management protocols.

Strengthen client relationships by delivering proactive, high-impact tax solutions and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.

Drive a culture of client service excellence, fostering long-term partnerships and consistent engagement.

Develop and lead high-performing teams, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development.

Manage project execution and resource allocation, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Support firm growth through strategic planning, client retention, and targeted business development initiatives.

Expand market presence by representing the firm at industry events and cultivating new opportunities.

Maintain technical leadership through ongoing education, regulatory awareness, and internal knowledge sharing.

Promote thought leadership by authoring publications and leading firm-wide training initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field

11+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting, or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting

Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work a hybrid schedule, typically averaging three days per week in the assigned office

Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.

Master's Degree in related field
