Through initiatives like the Ai Summit, we are building a global, inclusive ecosystem that fosters collaboration, innovation, and ethical AI development. This position requires a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week for at least six months, with the possibility of extension. Volunteers receive structured training, regular mentorship, and the chance to take ownership of impactful initiatives. Cross-department work will be required, offering valuable collaboration experience across diverse teams. Those who demonstrate strong performance may be promoted from Analyst to Associate. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to grow professionally, build a strong network, and gain credibility in the AI and social impact space. For volunteer work shorter than six months, a two-week transition notice will be provided by both parties to ensure a smooth conclusion or transition of responsibilities. Role Overview
The Project Manager ensures the smooth execution of our nonprofit initiatives by coordinating workflows, managing deadlines, and facilitating team collaboration. The position is structured for a commitment of at least 25 hours per week for a minimum of six months, with the option to extend. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who excel in dynamic environments. While a volunteer position, it upholds the high standards of Silicon Valley’s tech and nonprofit sector. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for TechEquity Ai’s projects. Serve as the central point of communication among team members to streamline operations. Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure projects stay on track. Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency. Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in nonprofit or fundraising operations. Proficiency in tools like Asana, Slack and Google Drive. Join the Ai Summit event at the Computer History Museum in Fall 2025. Opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your portfolio.
