We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead core initiatives in our Ads B2B platform, including cross-platform SDKs (iOS, Android, Web), publisher portal, and ad format innovation. This is a mission-critical role at the heart of our billion-dollar monetization business. You will own the strategy and execution for how publishers integrate with our ad platform, drive monetization outcomes, and access real-time insights. The ideal candidate blends strong technical depth with a business mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and can align teams around a bold, scalable vision. Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Ads SDKs (iOS/Android/Web) and publisher-facing tools Lead the design and rollout of innovative, high-performing, and privacy-compliant ad formats Define technical product requirements in close collaboration with engineering, design, and data science Build a best-in-class publisher integration and onboarding experience through our SDKs and portal Closely collaborate with publisher partners, understand their policy and quality requirements and help publishers achieve good Ads user experience Partner with external publishers, internal GTM teams, and monetization ops to drive adoption and performance, take ownership of publisher revenue growth as a result of integrating with our product Deeply understand the ad tech landscape (RTB, mediation, formats, measurement, etc.) and shape our roadmap accordingly Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product-market fit Evangelize SDK and portal capabilities internally and externally Requirements

6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in ads, SDK, or B2B platform domains Proven success in shipping cross-platform SDKs and technical products used by external developers Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, including RTB, programmatic bidding, and mediation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using SQL or other data tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to influence at all levels Technical fluency; able to partner effectively with engineering on complex integration and platform architecture topics Bonus: Previous experience in mobile monetization or working directly with publishers We offer competitive benefits package: Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family Top-tier 401(K) plan with company matching Paid time off and paid holidays Paid parental leave FSA and commuter benefits programs Team activity budget The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
