Director, Product Management The salary range for this role is $126,000 - 163,000 annually and is a remote role. You’ll never be bored in this role – and that’s a good thing! As a Director, Product Management Providing strategic product leadership for the digital products used to enable Aaron’s in-store team member experience. What You Need
Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience 5+ years in a digital product management or equivalent role, including management of a portfolio of products Previous experience managing product managers strongly preferred Strong leadership skills with an ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of high-performing individuals Strong organizational leadership skills including strategic planning, business analysis, and goal setting Intimate familiarity with Agile/Lean digital product development principles and mindset Proven experience prioritizing and directing multiple product development initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Exceptional win/win negotiator within all levels of the organization, with strong relationship management and communication skills Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills Strong ability to influence decisions and drive results in uncharted areas or with little to no data Strong analytical skills with an ability to leverage data to make product decisions Proven thought leader with creative/innovative ideas What You’ll Do
Provide product leadership for the store-focused product development teams Synthesize all forms of product input into a strategic product roadmap that balances long term vision with incremental improvement Be the Aaron’s store domain subject matter expert within the digital product team, connecting organizational goals to daily team work Engage with cross-functional product delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment to the store technology vision, strategy, and roadmap Manage daily activities of the store-focused product teams using lean-thinking product development principles Establish a clear set of metrics to define progress toward goals Aaron’s Total Rewards
