Overview
St. Paul’s is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to oversee our John A. McColl’s Family Health Center (Skilled Nursing Facility) and St. Paul’s Manor (Independent Senior Living). We are looking for an Administrator to lead operations, ensure compliance, and provide high quality of life and care for residents and staff at St. Paul’s communities in San Diego. Responsibilities
Understand the operations of a SNF and RCFE, and have the ability to manage both. Maintain appropriate levels of compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Be responsible for successfully meeting and completing licensure surveys. Follow all COVID-19 requirements and make infection control a priority. Uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements of Resident’s Rights. Create, facilitate, and implement the highest degree of quality of life and care for all residents and employees, reinforcing St. Paul’s as a great place to work and stay. Operate with a level of compassion to make seniors feel loved and staff appreciated. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Senior Care or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Two years as a SNF facility administrator and a minimum of five years total in long-term care. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Skilled Nursing Administrator in California and possess a current CPR card. Must be certified as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator or able to obtain it within 6 months of hire. Flexible Vacation Time - 17 days Paid Sick Time Education reimbursement - up to $3,000 a year Qualified Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) employer 403(b) with match Child care available Upward mobility Perks and Additional Information
