Location:
Mountain View, CA. This position is hybrid, with in-office expectations on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with ERP implementation or finance transformation experience who are looking to transition into product management. You\'ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and build intuitive, modern ERP solutions that directly address user needs. This position will report to the Director of Product Management. Responsibilities: Analyze customer requirements and define system functionalities including integrations, data flows, and automation. Influence and prioritize the product roadmap based on user feedback and strategic goals. Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to develop and implement ERP features. Ensure features meet industry standards and align with technical architecture. Support documentation and communicate business value to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements clearly. Proven domain expertise in record-to-report and procure-to-pay processes. Passion for building technology products that improve operational efficiency. Interest in ERP systems, system integration, and modern software development practices. Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation:
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: The individual\'s skill sets, experience and training; Licensure and certifications; Office location and other geographic considerations; Other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco by Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company\'s 401(k) retirement plan. Seniority level
