Lead product management for Network Observability as part of Capital One’s Product Framework. Demonstrate proficiency in five foundational areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership. Design, deliver, and operate agile, secure, resilient, and scalable foundational infrastructure to support cloud-enabled, hyper-connected digital services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product solutions and drive alignment across the organization. Capital One Product Framework

At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of people leadership experience 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure 3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms Additional Information At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Salary ranges (Director, Product Management) by location (full-time): Chicago, IL: $205,400 - $234,400 McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400 Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300 Other locations will be paid at the range associated with that location. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives and may include cash bonuses or long-term incentives as determined by Capital One plans.
