Overview

Desktop Support Analyst role at TEKsystems. Onsite support at the San Francisco location. The role involves providing level 1-2 onsite technical support to 15 employees as the sole IT technician. This is a customer-focused position with opportunities to learn business processes and provide technology feedback to the team. Responsibilities

Provide level 1-2 onsite technical support in a Windows 10 and O365 environment. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, image and upgrade devices. Escalate unresolved issues to the Baltimore team as needed. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality of service. Deliver face-to-face support and communicate technical information to non-technical users. Qualifications

Desktop, Windows 10, and customer service experience. Customer oriented with the ability to deliver high-level support and training to employees at all levels. Self-starter with ability to respond quickly to tasks, identify process improvements, and work independently; able to supervise vendor visits and ensure site work is completed. Natural problem solver with the ability to analyze root causes and suggest improvements. Common technologies: Exchange, O365, Active Directory, Printer Support, AV support, Imaging solutions. Experience Level: Intermediate. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr.
