Mission of Role
The primary responsibility is to prospect new potential customers, nurture them to conversion, and close sales—while maximizing both revenue and profit margins.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the commercial interior design and furniture solutions market.
Nurture prospects through the sales cycle to conversion and close deals with focus on revenue and margin growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs from strategy through installation.
Qualifications
5+ years minimum sales experience, specifically in commercial furniture new business development.
Experience in the architectural, construction, engineering, design, or interior market is a plus.
Office interiors, Commercial Real Estate, and/or Construction contacts are a plus.
Technical Requirements
Skilled and proven in prospecting, negotiating, influencing, and closing new clients.
Knowledgeable with Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
Soft Skills / Behavior
Proven track record of learning a new industry and applying knowledge.
Positive attitude with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
