Back-End team is designing and building intelligent systems that power our platform. You\'ll work on exciting problems in computational expression generation all the way to data modeling, and you\'ll have a lot of autonomy to make key decisions. We\'re looking for engineers who are product-minded and can think creatively to solve core problems. What we\'re looking for

Minimum of 7+ years of production experience, preferably in a complex SaaS environment. Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex backend systems, ideally with Python. Existing comfort deeply integrating AI tools into your workflows (Cursor, Windsurf, etc). Proficiency with PostgreSQL and data modeling. Excellent technical communication skills, especially in a remote, async-first environment. A pragmatic approach to engineering; you value iteration, code quality, testing, and thoughtful system design. Comfort with ambiguity, operating effectively with minimal guidance. Fluency with AI tools and coding assistants; we need engineers who have integrated them into their workflows. Benefits
