As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. Responsibilities
Lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft and overall operations to meet sales and profitability targets. Support and develop the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance management, engagement, and training initiatives. Drive local store marketing efforts and ensure execution of the brand’s standards and programs. Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and quality food execution. Qualifications
